Albro D. Tietjen, 88, of Walton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 18, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Born May 31, 1932 in Walton, he was a son of the late Harry and Eva Tietjen.

Albro loved spending time with his family and friends. He was very fond of his cat Loky. Albro also enjoyed many outdoor activities such as boating, fishing, snowmobiling, and 4-wheeling.

Survivors include his beloved wife Barbara (Murphy) Tietjen; son Lynn Tietjen (Deb); daughter-in-law Sue DelCostello; grandchildren Tricia Tietjen (Dayton), Tiffany Collison (Branden), Eric Tietjen (Megan), and Michael Tietjen (Ashley); great-grandchildren Greyson Tietjen, Sophie Tietjen, Kyleen Collison, Payton Collison, Leah Collison, Lyla Robbins, Windsor Tietjen, and Moxley Tietjen. Albro is predeceased by his son Randy Tietjen and brother Harry Tietjen.

Services to celebrate Albro's life will be private at the convenience of the family.
