Amber N. Armstrong, 30, a life long resident of Walton passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at Fox Hospital in Oneonta, NY.

Amber was born July 14, 1985 in Walton, NY daughter of Jeffry Lee and Carole (Winfield) Armstrong. She graduated from Walton Central School Class of 2003 then attended Herkimer Community College and Kaplan University.

Amber loved the outdoors and was an avid fisherman. She spent her free time making jewelry, listening to music, photography, and helping her mom in the garden. Most of all she enjoyed being with her children. She was a very loving mother and always had a playful spirit, you could always find her playing in the backyard with Colton and Madison.

Amber is survived by her children, Colton and Madison, her parents, Carole and Jeffry of Walton, NY; her sister, Meghan Armstrong of Sidney, NY; and her special friend Glendon Cooper, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was predeceased by her maternal grandmother, Helen Rogers Wormuth, her paternal aunt, Denise Klinegardner.

Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 from 12PM to 1PM at the Riverside Alliance Church, 110 Stockton Avenue, Walton where services will be held at 1PM with Rev. James Spain, officiating. Arrangements under the direction of the Courtney Funeral Home, Walton.
