Anita L Salvante, 81, of Downsville, passed away Friday evening, April 15, 2022 at Delhi Rehabiliation And Nursing Home following a long illness.

Anita was born on May 3, 1940 in Jamaica, Queens, the daughter of the late John and Catherine (Boertlein) Zupetz. On May 28, 1960 she married Fred Salvante.

Anita was a big NY Mets fan watching as many games as she could and was a member of the Colchester Senior Citizens.

She is survived by her husband: Fred, one daughter: Catherine (Richard) Grande of Brooklyn, NY and two sons: John Salvante of Santa Rosa.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
