April M. Provost, 35, of Walton passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Wilson Memorial Hospital of Johnson City, NY.

April was born August 24, 1977 in Orange, CA. the daughter of Robert Pavlik and Gloria Gilsinan. She lived in North Carolina for most of her life. On September 27, 2012 she married Shawn Provost.

April is survived by, her husband, Shawn, her children, Adler and Braden Pavlik of Walton; her father, Robert (Terry) Pavlik of North Carolina; her mother, Gloria Gilsinan of Walton; her brother, Robert (Paula) Pavlik, Jr. of North Carolina; her nieces, Autumn and Amber Pavlik of North Carolina; her mother in law; Shirley Quick of Walton; her great grandparents, Arthur and Frances Pavlik of Hawthorne, NJ; her great grandmother; Jean Gilsinan, and several cousins. She was predeceased by her great grandfather, William Gilsinan.

Services will be held privately and at the convenience of the family.
