Arthur D. Goode, 90, a long-time Walton resident, passed away on Saturday, June 2, 2007 at the Countryside Care Center, Delhi, NY.

He was born in Brooklyn, NY, the son of the late Martin and Mary (Gilligan) Goode. He served his country during World War II in the Army. Arthur was married to the former Ruth Davidson who predeceased him in 2000. He was an electrician, employed at Bendix Corp. in Sidney and he loved fishing and hanging out with his coffee partners at TA's Place.

Arthur is survived by several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by three sisters: Anne, Margaret and Harley and three brothers: David, Martin and James.

A private funeral service will be held the convenience of the family and there are no prior calling hours. Funeral arrangements are by the Clark, Winter & Courtney Funeral Home, Walton.
