Augusta M. Olsen, 80, of Walton, passed away on Sunday morning, August 1, 2010 at her home following a long illness.

She was born in Hancock on March 27, 1930, the daughter of the late Norman and Isabell Mason Meagley.

Mrs. Olsen is survived by her sons: Paul Olsen of Walton and Tim Stewart of Bloomville; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one sister Iona Minchener; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her children: Steve Meagley, Clara Pardee, Pam Monk and Bill Stewart.

At Augusta's request there will be no calling hours. Funeral services will be private. Arrangements are with Courtney Funeral Home, Walton.
