Azilyn Sue Calabrese passed away at birth Monday May 2, 2005 in Albany Medical Center, Albany.

She is survived by her mother Ashlee Calabrese, great grandmother, Carol Arquette, Grandmother Cindy Calabrese, aunt Jacki Calabrese, uncle Terry Calabrese Jr., all of Trout Creek, and aunt, Kaitlyn Coons, Walton .

Friends and relatives are invited to call on Saturday May 14, from 12 to 1 PM at the Clark, Winter & Courtney Funeral Home, 25 Townsend St., Walton, where services will be held at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Peggy Fabrizio, officiating.
