Barry Fischman, 80, passed away on November 20, 2024, in Franklin, NY.

Barry Fischman was born on March 2, 1944 in Bronx, NY, to Hyman Fischman and Lee Newman.

Barry will be lovingly remembered for his unique melodies he sang out and his love of music.  He enjoyed spending time with his peers and caregivers through out the years. He loved exploring the world with his keen eyes and curious nature. Barry was a special person who touched the lives of all who cared for him.

Barry is preceded in death by his loving parents Hyman and Lee Fischman.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday December 6, 2024, 3pm to 4pm at the Courtney Funeral Home located at 25 Townsend St, Walton, NY 13856.

A private burial will take place at the Cedar Park and Beth El Cemetery in Paramus, NJ.

Memorial donations can be made in Barry's name to any music program of your choice.
