Brittany A. Crossman, 33, a lifelong resident of Walton passed away at home, surrounded by her family on Thursday evening, June 29, 2023 following a long and tough battle.

Brittany was born on January 19, 1990 in Walton, the daughter of Paul and Anne (Hunt) Crossman. She attended Walton Central School.

Brittany was like a butterfly bringing color and joy wherever she landed.

She is survived by her daughter: Sapphira Boycott of Walton,; her mom and dad, Anne and Paul, her sisters, Felicia Crossman and Dallas Crossman, both of Walton, special nieces, Crimson and Veronica Crossman and Elizabeth Doig and lots of aunts, uncles and cousins. Brittany also left the many people she loved and who loved her all along the trail she traveled.

A celebration of Brittany's life will be held at Walton Fire Department, 61 West St, Walton, NY 13856, on

Saturday August 5th, 2023 from 12-5pm, and all are invited. The family is under the care of Courtney Funeral Home, Walton.
