Christopher A. Myers, 54, of Andes/DeLancey, passed away Friday morning, October 5, 2018 at Delhi Rehabilitation and Nursing Center of Delhi, following a long illness.

Christopher was born on December 11, 1963 in Kingston, the son of the late Robert and Joann (Sandt) Myers. On August 26 2017 in the Church of Latter Day Saints, Delhi, he married the former Lisa Osborne.

Christopher was self-employed as a building contractor in and around Andes and Arkville. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, hunting and taking long walks in the woods.

Christopher is survived by his loving family, his wife, Lisa, three daughters: Crystal Myers of Kingston, NY, Wionna Myers of Delancey, NY and Savannah Myers of Delancey, NY, and two sons: Christopher Myers Jr. of Albany, NY and Matthew Myers of MI,; grandchildren, Gabriella and Grayson, sisters, Kathleen Myers of Pine Hill, NY and Tina Myers of VA, and one brother: Eric & Mary Myers of PA; step-mother, Linda Myers, mother and father in law, Lorraine and Donald Schultz, Aunt, Joyce Mason and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by a brother, Robert Jr. "Burf" Myers.

Friends and relatives are invited to call on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 from 2 to 4 pm at the Courtney Funeral Home, 25 Townsend St., Walton, where services will be held at 4:00 pm with Rev Connie Stone, officiating.
