Christopher P. Swiatek Sr., 41, of Walton, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, May 23, 2007 in Delaware Valley Hospital, Walton.

Chris was born in Queens on March 26, 1966, the son of Harold and Charlotte (Witlatch) Swiatek. He moved from Long Island to this area in 1984 and graduated from the State University at Delhi.

On June 24, 1994 Chris married the former Kelly McCoy at Northfield Community Church, with the Rev. Delbert Ripley performing the ceremony. He was employed as a manager by Triumph Auto Glass, Monticello and was the former owner of Delaware Glass, Walton. Chris loved being a dad. He collected baseball cards and enjoyed going to the Casino in Monticello.

Chris is survived by his loving wife, Kelly; his 6 children; Rosie, Monica, Charlie, Robbie, Nathan and Christopher, Jr., all at home; a brother, Joseph (Melinda) Woolsey, Walton; a brother-in-law; Matt McCoy, Indiana and mother and father-in-law, Karen and Jeff Glasner, Walton. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends and family are invited to call Friday, May 25, 2007 from 6 to 8 PM at the Clark, Winter & Courtney Funeral Home, 25 Townsend Street, Walton. A memorial service will be held at 1 PM Saturday at the funeral home with Rev. Ripley, officiating.
