Elizabeth "Betty" Cetta 85, of Walton passed away unexpectedly on Monday, November 28, 2011 at Delaware Valley Hospital in Walton.

Betty was born on February 12, 1926 in Walton the daughter of the late Fred and Mary (Brechtel) DuMond. She married Maurice "Sonny" Cetta on April 24, 1949. He died on June 28, 2004.

Betty was employed in Walton at the National Bank of Delaware County as a Customer Service Representative. She also helped Sonny in the operation of Cetta Bros. Shoe Store, the Bean Bro. Bowling Pin Co and later at their restaurant, The Homestead in Colliersville. In her spare time she enjoyed reading a good book, taking care of her flowers and vegetable garden, making crafts, and taking care of her home, in which she was very meticulous, and proud of.

Betty is survived by her nieces and nephews, Dennis (Gytha) VonAldenbruck of Jensen Beach, FL; Larry (Laura) Miller of Walton; Frank (Dinah) Miller of FL; Bill (Donna) Dumond of Deland, FL; Dennis (Ruth) DuMond of Walton, NY; Debbie (Mike) Hubbs of Oneonta, NY; her cousin, Lee "Hugo" Cianciosi of Vestal, NY; her special friends, Pat and Dolly Liguori of Walton; and several great nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her brothers, Willis and Robert DuMond.

A Mass of the Ressurection will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, November 30, 2011, at the Christ Episcopal Church, 41 Gardiner Place, Walton with Rev. Suzanne Cole, officiating. Burial will follow in Walton Cemetery.
