Elizabeth P. "Betty" Finch, 80 a lifelong resident of Walton, passed away Wednesday evening, May 20, 2009 in the Countryside Care Center, Delhi, after a long illness, surrounded by her family.

Betty was born in Blenheim on August 4, 1928 the daughter of the late Benjamin and Viola Reynolds. She was married to William A. Finch. He died in July 1986. She assisted her husband on the family farm.

Betty is survived by her twins, Darlene (Edward) Mirrer, and David B.(Dawn) Davis both of Walton, 3 grandchildren, Brandon Mirrer, Scott and Tyler Davis, several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by 2 brothers, Stanley and Bucky Ormsbee.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 22, 2009 at 2 PM at the Walton Cemetery with the Rev. Joe Bokel, officiating.
