Ellen M. Price, 47 of Walton, passed away unexpectedly Friday, February 15, 2008 at home.

Ellen was born in Brooklyn, on June 1, 1960 the daughter of the late Patrick and Marilynn Healey. On November 7, 1991 she married Robert J. Price in Brooklyn. She and Bob

moved to Walton 1994.

Ellen is survived by her husband: Robert, two daughters, : Ann Marie and Mary Price both at home, 2 step children, Brian and Jessica Price, a brother, Jim (Jennifer) Healey, Walton, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a brother, Patrick.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
