Florence M. Lynn, a long time resident of White Lake, NY, died February 10, 2007, at the Henderson Farm on East Brook Road, Walton, NY, her childhood home and birthplace. She was 102 years old.

Mrs. Lynn was born on October 16, 1904 to Thomas A. & Mary C. (Tiffany) Henderson and was baptized May 6, 1905.

Mrs. Lynn was a teacher and began her career teaching in several local rural schools in and around Walton. She was married to Victor J. Lynn, September 9, 1939, and then continued her teaching career in White Lake, NY, retiring in 1971.

Florence was a faithful member of the Reformed Presbyterian Church in White Lake, NY, where she also served as a deaconess.

Surviving Mrs. Lynn is her daughter, Joyce E. Lynn of Beaver Falls, PA, and a sister, Mrs. Katherine (Walter) Eells also of Beaver Falls. She was predeceased by her husband, Victor in 1963 and two brothers, Vernon in 1923 and Thomas in 1985. Many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews and great great great nieces and nephews also survive, as do some cousins.

Visitation will be at 11AM preceding the 1PM service at the White Lake Reformed Presbyterian Church in White Lake, NY, with Pastor David Coon officiating. Burial will be in Stewart Cemetery, Kauneonga Lake, NY. Arrangements are under the direction of Ramsey Funeral Home
