Francis R. Spencer, 78, of Walton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at his home following a long illness.

Born March 13, 1941 in Walton, NY, he was a son of the late Pearl Rock.

Francis was a very friendly and kind man, he was liked by everyone. He enjoyed shopping to such an extent that I'm not sure what QVC and HSN will do without him. Francis always had the latest gadgets and technology. He was an avid collector of stamps and coins.

Francis is survived by his sister Beverly Walker of Williamstown; nieces Donna Spencer and Connie Spencer and nephew Ernie Spencer Jr. He was predeceased by his mother Pearl Rock and siblings, Ernie Spencer, Rocky Rock, and Charlie Rock.

Francis will be laid to rest next to his Mother at Walton Cemetery at a later date.
