It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gerald V. Fitch, who left us peacefully on September 15, 2024 surrounded by family, at the age of 71. Gerald dedicated over 30 years of his career to Becton Dickinson, where he made lasting contributions and formed cherished friendships.

Beyond his professional life, Gerald was a loving husband and father who inspired his children. He enjoyed the outdoors and found joy in birdwatching. He would often spend hours in his garden growing his favorite produce and would give extra to family or friends.
Gerald is remembered for his warm spirit, kindness, and the countless ways he touched the lives of those around him. He is survived by his loving family and friends who will miss him dearly.
