Heinz G.Schiippel, 84 of New Milford PA, formerly of Walton passed away Wednesday after being stricken.

Heinz was born in Kemtau, Germany on July 28, 1920, the son of the late Albert and Meta Roscher Schiippel. He married Phyllis Trask at Readburn Church on April 10, 1965. He was self employed on the Schiippel Bros. Farm. He loved to bowl and Alpine ski.

He is survived by his wife: Phyllis; two children, Richard A. Schiipple, Walton; and a daughter, Heidi and her husband Rev. Mark Stento, of Waterloo; 3 grandchildren, Alexander, Derek, and Rachel Stento, 1 sister, Dorothy Meyers, of Walton, several, nieces, nephews, and cousins, many from Germany. He was predeceased by a brother, Werner Schiippel.

Friends and family may call Saturday morning October 30, 2004 from 9:00 to 11:00 AM, at the Clark, Winter & Courtney Funeral Home, 25 Townsend St, Walton, where services will be held at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Mark A. Stento, son-in-law, officiating. Interment will be in Walton Cemetery.
