Isabel Taylor, 87, passed away on February 20, 2025, at Delhi Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Delhi, NY. She was born on August 23, 1937, to Walter D. Gransbury and Polly Steis. Isabel married Laverne Taylor on August 25, 1957 in Walton, NY.

Isabel spent her life as a devoted homemaker, pouring her heart into caring for her family and making her house a home. She also worked in sales for Avon, where her vibrant spirit and friendly nature shone brightly, forging connections with her customers that often turned into lasting friendships. Isabel was particularly devoted to her mother, providing loving care during her later years, a testament to her nurturing character.

An avid fan of WWF wrestling, Isabel found joy and excitement in the matches that captivated her attention. Her passion for wrestling often made for lively conversations and unforgettable family gatherings, where laughter and spirited debates filled the air.

Calling hours will be held at the Courtney Funeral Home 10:30AM to 11AM Saturday March 8, 2025 with a service to follow at 11AM with Pastor Christine Lindeburg Officiating.

Burial will take place at the Walton Cemetery in the spring.
