Iva Jane Healey, 15, of Walton, NY, was called to paradise on December 31, 2025, where she is now free from pain and earthly burdens. God blessed Iva with 15 years surrounded by the deep love of her family and friends. She was born on December 2, 2010, in Oneonta, NY, to Jennifer Caffery and James T. Healey.

Iva was a gentle light to all who knew her. She found joy in sunshine, the outdoors, and life's simple pleasures— spinning in her swing, watching birds from her bedroom window, and listening to music with a good beat- especially Megan Trainor. She loved her ribbons, Nana's scarves, soft blankets, and all the lights in her bedroom.

Iva also enjoyed watching her big dogs play, car rides, swimming, holding hands, sharing quiet moments with her family, and the Magical world of Harry Potter. When she was able to eat, she especially enjoyed McDonald's ice cream shakes, Poppy's homemade custard, and Kelly Banks frosting. Iva's favorite holiday was Christmas.  She especially enjoyed her musical Christmas tree, the twinkling lights, decorations and the Rockettes.

Iva's playful personality showed in her eye rolls, selective listening, and sense of humor.

Iva is survived by her parents, Jennifer J. Caffery-Walton NY and James T. Healey- Harrisburg PA ; her beloved sisters, Cheyanne, Emma, and Grace; her aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends Madison, Corey Donna, and Alisa. She was preceded in death by her Nana (Patricia Barnes Caffery), Poppy, (Victor Thomas Caffery) and Uncle Douglas Caffery.

Funeral services will be held Thursday January 8, 2026, at New Hope Community Church in Walton, NY. Calling hours are from 1:00–3:00 PM, with a service at 3:00 PM officiated by Pastor Larry Light.
