Obituary
James Francis Norton Jr., 70, of the Town of Colchester passed away unexpectedly onTuesday morning, February 15, 2011 at Bassett Healthcare of Cooperstown.
Jim was born on October 23, 1940 in Hackensack, NJ, the son of the late James Frances and Sarah Alice (Meyerhoff) Norton. On June 24, 1985 he married the former Lorraine J Amato. She died on December 10, 2008. Jim was employed for many years in the construction busisness in Brooklyn. He retired to Downsville in 1985.
In following Jim's wishes the services will be held privately at the convenience of the family..
