Janet Gray McClenathan, widow of Grover McClenathan, Sr. passed away July 18, 2015, in Orlando, Fla., where she has lived since 1970. Janet was born in Walton August 13, 1939, to Clair and Carrie (Puffer) Gray.

She is survived by her three sons: James McClenathan (wife Joan), John McClenathan,

Grover McClenathan, Jr., and survived by one daughter, Kim L. Turner. She leaves eight grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her sisters Mary, Clarabelle, Donna, Harriet, Dorothy, and Dora; and her brothers, Michael, James, Clair, and Jerry.

She was an extraordinary wife and mother whose sense of humor, laughter and tenderness will be missed by many.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 28, 2015 at 2PM at the Walton Cemetery, 55 Fancher Avenue, Walton, with the Rev. Bert More, officiating.
