A. Jeanne Dutcher, 63 of Walton, passed away Saturday afternoon, September 17, 2005 in the Delaware Valley Hospital, after a long illness.

Jeanne was born in Walton,on May 25, 1942, the daughter of the late Ralph and Ruth Payne Shaw. She was a graduate of Walton Central School, class of 1960. On July 1, 1961 she married Robert R. Dutcher at Walton. Jeanne worked at Breakstone's for many years. Jeanne's main job was taking care of her family. She also loved crafts and going shopping.

She is survived by her husband: Robert R. Dutcher, two daughters: Michelle Gregory and her husband, Timothy of Walton; Julie Vouri and her husband, Cameron of Calgary, Canada, one sister: Cindy McNeil and her husband Sonny of Walton, 3 grandsons, Brenden Gregory of Walton; Owen Vouri of Calgary, Canada; and Evan Markovich of Portage, PA; a son-in-law, Ronald Markovich of Portage, PA, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Ann-Marie Markovich, on March 7, 2003 and a sister, Joanne Mercer, on March 3, 2005.

Friends and relatives are invited to pay their respects on Tuesday evening, September 20, 2005 from 7 to 9 PM at the Clark, Winter & Courtney Funeral Home, 25 Townsend St. Walton, where services will be held on Wednesday at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Jennifer Mattison-Juliano,pastor of the First Congregational Church, officiating.

Burial will be at in Walton Cemetery.
