Jeffery R. Bolivar, Sr., 64, of Delhi passed away unexpectedly on September 7, 2023, at O'Connor Hospital in Delhi.

Jeff was born on April 22, 1959 the son of the late Donald Raymond and Elizabeth (Waltz) Bolivar.

Jeff retired as a maintenance man at Delhi Manors in Delhi, New York.

Jeff is survived by his loving family, his son Jeffery Jr., daughter in law, Nicole. Grandchildren, Aubrey Bolivar, Tommy Bolivar, Jaxon Bolivar and Lincoln Bolivar. He was predeceased by his parents, sisters Marianne, Susan and brother Walter. Lastly his son, Justin Bolivar.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 15, 2023 at 6PM at the Courtney Funeral Home, 25 Townsend Street, Walton. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
