Jeffery G. Roupp, age 62, passed away on December 5, 2024 after battling a long-time health condition.

Jeffery was born on September 4, 1962, in Blossburg, Pennsylvania, to Raymond Roupp and Patricia Tokarz.

Jeffery is survived by his two brothers; Thomas (Karen) Roupp of Bloomville, NY, and Christopher (Lisa Myers) Roupp of Bloomville, NY, his two sisters Ann Marie (David Pinder) of Jefferson, NY and Mary Kay Steiber of Hobart, NY., his daughter Jessica Kelley of Walton, NY and two grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Jeffery served in the Army and had a passion for his motorcycle, he was a member of worn and weathered a local motorcycle club. In his down time Jeffery enjoyed playing video games and had a heart of gold and helped many people.

As per Jeffery's wishes he will be cremated and burial private.
