Jessie Conklin, 76, of Walton formerly of Port Jervis passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at Robinson Terrace in Stamford.

Jessie was born on April 25, 1941 in Mahwah, NJ the daughter of the late George and Dorothy (Conklin) Hemion.

Jessie was a cleaner in a Hospital in Rockland County many years ago. She enjoyed walking, going shopping for clothes and books. Her greatest joy was her family and going to church, she had a great memory and memorized many verses in the Bible.

Jessie is survived by her loving family, her son, Tim Conklin (Joyce Kiracofe) of Walton, brothers, Jerry Hemion of Middletown, NY; Raymond Hemion of Ellenville, NY; her cousins, Terry Conklin, Allen Conklin, and Patty Ann Hemion.

Family and friends are invited to call on Friday, May 26, 2017 from 1PM to 4PM at Courtney Funeral Home, 25 Townsend Street, Walton where a Prayer Service will be held at 4 PM with the Pastor Lois Sharp, officiating.
