Walton-Joan Feyh, 56 of Walton, passed away peacefully Saturday afternoon January 10, 2004 at home after a short illness.
Joan was born in Queens, NY, daughter of Nicholas and Sophie Gray Corona. On March 22, 1991 she married William Feyh in Walton. He survives.
She was a secretary, employed by Delhi Academy, in Delhi. Joan loved to garden, and was very proud of the stone wall she and Bill built around her home. She attended the First Baptist Church of Delhi.
Joan is survived by her husband: William Feyh; two daughters: Jill S. and Donald Pritchett of Sanford, FL; Laura Nicholetti of Austin, TX; two sons: Todd A. and Stacy Mueller of Palmetto,FL; Michael Feyh, Deer Park LI, NY; her mother Sophie Corona, Deer Park LI, NY; eleven grandchildren, Steven Mueller; Portia Luca; Samantha, Brandon, Jessica and Donald III Pritchett; David, Matthew, and Jennifer Feyh; Michael and Kevin Nicholetti; two sisters: Evelyn Raffaele of Deer Park LI, NY; Jeannie Grace of Queens, NY; one brother: Thomas Corona of Bay Shore, NY; and a special friend, Charlene Palmatier. She was predeceased by her father, Nicholas Corona; and a sister, Jane Blau on December 2002.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday January 13, 2004 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Clark, Winter & Courtney Funeral Home 25 Townsend St; Walton where services will be held at 8:00 PM Tuesday evening with the Rev. Jeffrey Staples, Pastor of the First Baptist Church, Delhi, officiating. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday at 2:00PM at the North Babylon Cemetery, North Babylon, LI NY .
Memorial contributions in Joan's memory may be made to the Catskill Area Hospice
542 North Main St, Oneonta, NY 13820, who did a wonderful job of taking care of Joan and her family these last few weeks. Memorial contribution envelopes are available at the funeral home.
