Joyce L. Roy 73, of Norfolk, NY formerly of Walton, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2006 in the Fletcher-Allen Medical Center, Burlington, Vermont.

Joyce was born in Walton on August 14, 1933 the daughter of the late Delmar and Mildred Smith Pratt. She married Thomas Roy on September 1, 1957. He died on February 16, 1998. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by 3 sons, Robert and Beth Roy, Ithaca, Bruce Roy, Burlington, VT. and Marshall Roy, Norfolk; a daughter, Cynthia and Robert LaBaff, Glens Falls, 2 grandchildren, a sister, Eleanor Covell, a brother Ronald Pratt, both of Walton, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services took place at the Buck Funeral Home, Norfolk, NY . Burial was in Brick Cemetery, Canton.
