Kami J. Palmer, 45, a longtime resident of Walton passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 8, 2022 at home. Kami was born on December 29, 1976 in Phoenix, AZ. the daughter of Lori and Mark Lindsay. She was a graduate of Delaware Academy, class of 1995. She was self employed as a home health aide.

Kami had a heart the size of the great outdoors and helped many people especially children whom she loved dearly. In her spare time she loved fishing, camping, reading, making jewelry, and crocheting. Among her family and friends she was an excellent cook. She enjoyed cooking for her family her specialty dishes such as quiches and taco dip.

Kami is survived by her loving family, her mother, Lori Lindsay, Walton; her father, Mark Lindsay and his fiancé, Sandy Northrup, her daughters, Payton and Hazelee Zenner, Otego; significant other, Travis Stark and step daughter, Kitana Stark, Walton; father of her children, Daniel Zenner, Otego; brothers, James and Cecilia Palmer, Walton; Robert and Heather Lindsay, Walton; nieces and nephews, Kailee and Sabrina Lindsay, Douglas and Cameron Palmer.

A celebration of Kami's life will be held at a later date, time and place to be announced.
