Keath E. Davis, 76, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2021.

Born on February 3, 1944 in Margaretville, NY, he was a son to the late Eugene and Catherine (Close) Davis.

On December 17, 1966 he married his loving wife, Joan (Wheeler) Davis in Andes, NY.

Keath was a member of multiple organizations such as the Walton Masonic Lodge, Walton Cruisers, and Walton Mountain Outdoorsman Club. He was an avid car enthusiast. In 1968 Keath began working for Breakey Motors and in 1985, he became the owner. Working side-by-side with his children gave him such joy. Keath has always stuck by his beliefs, loved talking politics and was very involved in his community.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Joan Davis; their children, Teresa Davis (Bryan), Scott Davis (Tina); brother, Charles Davis; sister-in-law, Patricia Haight (Manley); brother-in-law, Rex Wheeler; grandchildren, Brooke (Vance), Derek (Summer), Aaron, Chris (Jean), Bryant (Makenna); great grandchildren, Jayda, Ryker, Sebastian, Cecilia, Rylee, and Connor.

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a sister Maryanne.

A Celebration of life will be held at a date to be announced.
