Lenor M. Quinones, 93, of Walton passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Roscoe Community Nursing Home, following a long illness.

Mrs. Quinones was born on April 9, 1920 in Puerto Rico, the daughter of the late Antonio and Adela (Vasquez) Mercado. On May 24, 1966 she married the late Joseph Quinones.

Mrs. Quinones was a Seamstresss for D. R. Magine in Bay Shore, NY. She was a faithful member of St. Matthews Roman Catholic Church, Hallendale, Florida. She loved to cook for her family.

Mrs. Quinones is survived by her loving family, her children, Jeanette and Joe Racalbuto of Walton; Robert Quinones, Edmond and Donna Quinones all of Ronkonkoma, her grandchildren, Ashton, Jacqueline, Yvette, Melissa, Felicia, Cara, Valerie, Victoria, Edmond, Jr., her brother, Miguel Mercado, her sisters, Rosa and Mary Mercado.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
