Lenora Maggiore, 76 of Walton, passed away Friday morning in the Binghamton General Hospital, Binghamton, after a long illness.

Lenora born in Brooklyn the daughter of the late Dominick and Zena Auci. On March 6, 1947 she married Salvatore Maggiore. Lenora enjoyed taking care of her family.

Lenora is survived by her husband, Salvatore, three daughters, Connie Maggiore of Long Island; Linda Montenero of Long Island; Joann Wells of Texas; three sons, Anthony (Corinne) Maggiore of Westchester; Dominick Maggiore of Long Island; Joseph Maggiore of Walton;

one sister; Katherine (Ralph) Capasso of Florida; one brother, Thomas (Judy) Auci of Long Island, Grandchildren, Joseph, Salvatore, Dominick, Salvatore, Anthony, Jesse, George, Dominick, Nickolai, Skyler, Matthew, Giovinna; 4 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Auci, and her sister, Palma Forte

Friends may call Sunday, November 23, 2008 from 2 to 7 PM at the Clark, Winter & Courtney Funeral Home, 25 Townsend St., Walton, NY, where services will be held at 7:00 pm with the Rev. Jennifer Matison Juliano, officiating.
