Lillian C. Lurenz, 90, of Walton passed away at home surrounded by her family and friends on Thursday, April 20, 2017.

Lillian was born on April 16, 1927 in Walton the daughter of the late William C. and Mary (Fisher) Cash. On April 25, 1948 she married Louis P. Lurenz at St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church in Walton.

Lillian had many years of fun memories waitressing at the Roundup Ranch in Downsville. She was a member of St. John the Baptist Roman Catholic Church and taught religious education for many years. She was a member of the Ladies American Legion Auxiliary.

Lillian loved sending cards, brightening people's day, reading, collecting antiques, garage sales, playing cards, fishing, playing the organ, and she loved plants and animals of all kinds. Her Children, sons-in laws, grandchildren, and her friends were her world.

Lillian is survived by her loving family, her husband, Louis, daughters, Lori (Mike) Babcock of Walton; Lisa (Paul) Favret of Walton; grandchildren, Amber, Austin, and Ryan, sister Audrey Cohen of White Lake; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her brothers, Bill, Art, Mitz, and Anthony Cash.

Friends and family are invited to call on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Courtney Funeral Home, 25 Townsend Street, Walton. Those attending the service feel free to break out your pink lipstick, (moms signature style).

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 12 noon at St. John the Baptist, 25 Benton Avenue, Walton with the Rev. Edward J. Golding, and Deacon Michael Freeman, officiating.
