Linda M. Van Duser 60, of Walton, passed away unexpectedly at home following a long illness.

Linda was born in Liberty on March 19, 1950 the daughter of the late Lawrence and Ethel May Prentice. On March 20, 1980 Linda married Sherman VanDuser in Liberty,they experienced over 30 years together until he passed away on July 11, 2008. Linda and Sherman were inseparable, they enjoyed motorcycle riding and late night coffee dates. She moved from Liberty to Walton about 5 years ago. She enjoyed home tending and sewing.

Linda is survived by her loving family, her daughters: Crystal(William)Davis of Livingston Manor; and Dawn Callihan of Livingston Manor; her grandchildren: Amber, Nathan, Tammy, Michael, Matthew, Aaron, Alissa, her great grandchildren: Kyra and Keelie; her brothers, Ronnie and Wayne Prentice; and a special friend; Carol Nichols.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
