Lucy Czechowski, 91, of Walton passed away on Sunday morning, September 2, 2018 at Fox Hospital in Oneonta.

Lucy was born on May 30, 1927 in Hoboken, NJ the daughter of the late Stephen and Jennie (Sergotta) Czechowski.

Lucy loved going to Community Living Skills in Walton. She enjoyed arts and crafts, sewing, and socializing with her friends. She loved to help around the house with all types of activities as well as spending time with her close friends. Lucy also very much enjoyed going out to eat and shopping around her community.

Lucy will be remembered by those that loved her and supported her as well as all her special friends, who meant the world to Lucy; Hilda, Lynn, Chuck, Mary, Michael, Vinny and of course the people who loved and cared for her at home.

Friends are invited to call on Friday, September 7, 2018 from 1 to 2 PM at the Courtney Funeral Home, 25 Townsend Street, Walton where services will be held at 2P M with Lay Pastor Joan Dewing, officiating. Burial will follow in Walton Cemetery.
