Marguerite B. Fisher, 77 a long time resident of Walton, passed away on July 13, 2013 at Delaware Valley Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Margo was born on May 29, 1936 in Beaverkill, NY to Marguerite Archer and Frederic Banks III. She graduated from Livingston Manor High School. On May 6, 1956, she married Francis (Loppy) Fisher in Hancock, NY.

In her earlier years she was a homemaker. Margo was also employed at the Walton Town Clerks office and the William B. Ogden Library. She was an avid golfer and was Delaware County Women's Champion in 1970, 1971, and 1973.

Margo enjoyed spending time with her family, listening to her husband Loppy play the piano, picnics at "the camp" and taking rides to enjoy nature in the beautiful countryside of Walton.

She is survived by her husband, Francis (Loppy) Fisher of Walton, her children, Dawn (Richard) Northrup, Marty (Lori) Fisher, and Julie (Mark) Patterson. Also, her six "beautiful" grandchildren, Eric (Amanda) Northrup, Chris Northrup, Jacquelyn, and Josh Fisher, and Kelsey and Beth Patterson. She is also survived by her great grandson, Eli Northrup, her brother Frederic (Marsha) Banks of Roscoe and her very special life long friend Sally Shea. Other surviving family members

include sisters in law, Mary (John) Simonds, Sandra (Tony) Ross, Carol (Pat) Flynn, Evelyn Fisher, Brother in law, Don ( Joy) Fisher and many nieces, and nephews. Margo was predeceased by her sisters, Jane Barlow and Bonnie Wheat and her brother James Edwards.

Funeral and Burial will take place at the convenience of the family at a later date.
