Marion J Szczepczynski, 92 passed away Saturday afternoon, September 24, 2005 at Countryside Care Center, after a long illness.

Mrs. Szczepczynski was born on December 24, 1912 in Chicago IL the daughter of the late Frank and Frances Skalska Walczak. On October 26, 1935 she married Bernard H. Szczepczynski in Chicago. He died on April 15, 2002. She was employed for many years by a greeting card company in Chicago. She attended St. John the Baptist Church.

She is survived by a son Norbert "Ski" Szczepczynski, and his wife Faye of Walton, a daughter, Sister Therese Szczepczynski, of the Felecian Sisters, Chicago, 4 grand children, Tarasia, Anthony Christopher, Michael Scott, and Jamie, 3 great grandchildren, Christopher, Emma Rose, and Tyler Lee, a sister and brother-in-law, Celia and Frank Priebe several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family at Walton Cemetery.
