Walton- Michael Babcock, 63, passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021.

Born on September 2, 1958 in Walton, a son of the late Frederick and Ilene (McCall) Babcock.

Mike loved spending time with family and friends, especially his granddaughter. He loved to fish and hunt and was a member of the Carol Hill Hunting Club. Mike was an outdoors man who loved sitting by bonfires and going up to his cabin up north. He was also known for his ability to try to cook. After 40 years, Mike retired from Amphenol in Sidney. Most of all, Mike was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Survivors include his beloved wife, Lori (Lurenz) Babcock; daughter, Amber Babcock; son, Austin Babcock (Chelsi); brothers, Robert Babcock (Deborah) and Frederick Babcock (Darlene); sister, Dawn Rickerd (Glen); granddaughter, Harper Havel; sister in law, Lisa Favert (Paul); nieces and nephews, Freddy, Cassandra, Jessica, Kolt, Anna, Ryan, Laurel, Leslie, Frank, Angie, Chad, Mark, Monica and Noah.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at 2pm at Fred's Body Shop, 14 ½ Howell Street, Walton.
