Michael Caruso, 74 of Walton, passed away Thursday morning, February 22, 2007 in the Wilson Memorial Hospital, Johnson City, after a short illness.

Mike was born in Walton, on August 20, 1932 the son of the late Jack & Marion Allen Caruso. He proudly served his country in the US Army during the years of 1953-55. Mike first married the former Nellie Campbell. She died in 2001. He later married Sandra Hubbard who survives. He was employed first at S.J. Bailey's, then Scott Machine, and later at Del-Met, all of Walton. Mike loved playing BINGO, scratch offs, and Lotto.

Survived by his wife: Sandra, one daughter: Debra (Charles) Cremeans of Walton, six sons: Mike (Sue) Caruso of New Berlin; Jim Caruso of Sidney; Frank Caruso, Bob Caruso, both of Walton; Bill Caruso of Indiana, Brian (Debra) Caruso of Walton; 10 Grandchildren, Danny, Mikey III, Ronnie, Ashley, Amanda, Marie, Charles, Adam, Brett, Sierra, a sister, Mary May of Fishs Eddy, a step son, David (Jesse) Barlow; step-grandchildren, Caitlin, Brendan, and Marissa. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by 2 daughters, Elizabeth, and Gloria Jean Caruso, 4 brothers, Raymond Caruso, John (Jack, Jr.) Caruso, Edward Caruso, Joseph Caruso, and a sister, Gloria Breeze.

A private service will be held at Walton Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
