Michael B. McClenon, 57 of Walton passed away unexpectedly Tuesday morning, April 25, 2006 in Delaware Valley Hospital.

Mike was born in Walton, on March 2, 1949 the son of Olin and Jean Doyle McClenon. He was a graduate of Walton Central School. He proudly served his country in the US Navy aboard the carrier, USS Wasp. He was employed for many years as a truck driver for TRL.

Mike loved to collect baseball cards, football memorabilia, and camping. Mike easily made friends and enjoyed the company of all types of people.

He is survived by his mother, Jean, 3 brothers, Patrick and Mickey McClenon of Downsville, Robert McClenon, Walter and Rhonda McClenon, both of Walton, 3 sisters, Mary Jean and Al DeVaul, Kathy and Paul Stanton, Susan McClenon, all of Walton, several nieces, nephews, and cousins, special friends, Dee Dee, Doreen, Chris, and Chip. He was predeceased by his father, Olin, in 1982, and his brother David, in 1980.

Friends and relatives are invited to call on Thursday evening, April 27, 2006 from 6 to 8 PM at the Clark, Winter & Courtney Funeral Home, Walton where services will be held on Friday morning at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Walton Cemetery. Memorial contributions in Mike's memory may be made to Walton EMS or Delaware Valley Hospital.
