Mildred A Pierce, 76, of Walton passed away on Monday, May 23, 2016 at Valley View Manor in Norwich, NY.

Millie was born June 22, 1939 in Walton, NY the daughter of the late William and Helen Mott. She was a waitress for Niceforo's Restaurant, Papa's Diner and the Rainbow Lodge. She was a member of the Bowling League in Walton. She was very athletic playing on the Walton Women's Softball Team.

Millie is survived by her loving family, her children, Steven (Judy) Pierce and Jeffrey Pierce of Pines Brook; Kim (Dave) Harby of TN; grandchildren, Ashley (Eric) Stone, Adam (Christa) Pierce, Lauren and Morgan Harby, great grandchildren, Alyssa and Peyton Stone, sister, Thelma and Jerry Wilson of ID; sister in laws, Dorothy Burghart and Kathleen Peck, special friend, Judy Niceforo, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, Wesley Mott.

The family would like to thank Amy Campbell, her caregiver at home and the staff of Valley View Manor, Norwich, for their loving care.

Friends and relatives are invited to call on Friday, May 27, 2016 from 11 AM to 1 PM at the New Hope Community Church, 47 Stockton Ave., Walton, where services will be held at 1 PM with Pastor Larry Light, officiating. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
