Nancy L. Bruno, 68 of Downsville, passed away Thursday afternoon, February 3, 2004 in the Delaware Valley Hospital Walton, after a long illness.

Nancy was born in Hackensack, NJ, on July 4, 1936. She was a graduate of Bucknell University with a MA in education. She was employed as an instructor and later as an administrator with Middlesex Community College, Edison, NJ. Nancy was a staunch democrat and was a member of the Democratic Society of Downsville.

Nancy is survived by her daughter, Kim E. Cobb of Walton, a granddaughter, Natali Cobb of Walton, a brother, Arthur Jacobs of Newburgh, a sister-in-law, Lois Jacobs of Cranbury, NJ and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by a brother Edward Jacobs.

It was Nancy's wish that there be no services or calling hours. Memorial contributions in Nancy's memory may be made to Enhanced DVH, 1 Titus Place, Walton. Envelopes for memorial contributions are available by contacting the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Clark, Winter & Courtney Funeral Home, Walton.
