Patricia A. Brundege, 73, a lifelong resident of Walton passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday evening, July 27, 2011 at Delaware Valley Hospital in Walton.

Pat was born on August 16, 1937 in Cannonsville, the daughter of the late Earl and Glenola (Sherman) Reynolds. She was married to Richard Brundege, who survives.

Pat was employed as a cook at the Walton Central School for many years. She enjoyed doing ceramics, puzzles, and reading, in her spare time. She was a devoted member of the Nothfield Community Church. Pat saved and cherished the many cards she received from her family for always being there and thanking her and recognizing the many things she did for them.

Pat is survived by her loving family, her husband, Dick, her children: Debbie Hessinger of Kansas; Ellen Pingrey of Binghamton; Donald (Lynn) Hessinger of South Kortright; Ronald Hessinger of Syracuse; Richard (Roberta) Brundege of Greene; Jeanne (Gerald) Harris of South New Berlin; John (Tracy) Brundege of Florida; Linda Brundege of Walton; her grandchildren: Tammy, Tina, Lee, Keith, Jacob, Tracy, Beaver, RJ, Jeff, Julita, Tim, Kathryn, Sarah, Brandi, Jennifer, John, 9 great grandchildren; her brothers: Pete (Jane) Reynolds, Thomas (Sandy) Reynolds, Jim (Bert) Reynolds all of Sidney Center; her sisters: Louise (Junior) Decker of Deposit; Jean (Tim) McCumber of Walton; special friend Terry Dolph, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by a brother Ben Reynolds, and a sister Jane Sowder.

A graveside Services will be held at the Sidney Center Cemetery on Monday, August 1, 2011 at 11 AM with the Pastor Marv. Root, pastor of the Northfield Community Church, officiating. There are no calling hours.
