Pauline F. Pisani, 89, of East Meredith passed away on Monday, March 7, 2016 at Bassett Healthcare in Cooperstown, following a short illness.

Pauline was born on October 7, 1926 in Brooklyn, the daughter of the late Leo and Marion Fleiscer. She was married to John Sviba and later Emmanuel Pisani who predeceased her.

Pauline was a Registered Nurse in the OR for Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, NY. She was a member of the Meredith Baptist Church.

Pauline was a lifelong animal lover and loved spending time with her cats.

Pauline is survived by her loving daughter, Cathy and Barry Karlin, and granddaughter, Molly Karlin.

Services will be privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with Courtney Funeral Home, Walton.
