Rachel Lee Condon Robinson passed away peacefully Friday night October 16, 2026, at Strong Memorial Hospital, in Rochester NY after a very long battle with PAH. Rachel was born on November 9, 1982, to her parents Michael Condon and Rebecca White Hill.

She is survived by her husband Louis Robinson, her siblings; Melissa Ambrose, Dawn Condon, Amy Weber and Jon Condon. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews, and one great niece.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday October 21, 2026, 4-6pm at Rachel & Louis’ home located at 85 Country Meadow Loop lot #52 Walton NY. Please come and celebrate the life and light of Rachel with us.
