Raymond McEntee, 38, a lifelong resident of Walton passed away unexpectedly, March 30, 2012 at his residence on Dunk Hill.

Raymond was born on May 19, 1973 in Walton, NY the son of David McEntee and Cora Smith Soules.

Raymond was employed at the Country Store in Walton. In his spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing video games, and golfing.

Raymond is survived by his mother, Cora, his three brothers, David McEntee, Jr. of Hamden; John McEntee of Kentucky; Fred McEntee of Trout Creek; two step-brothers, Edgar (Tina) Holtslander of Norwich; William Holtslander of Sidney; his three step-sisters, Teresa (Charles) Pike of Afton; Bambi Holtslander of Utica; and Tina Richardson of Ohio; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his father, David and his stepmother, Myrtle Biggs McEntee.

Friends and relatives are invited to call on Sunday, April 1, 2012 from 4 to 6 PM when the family will be present at the Courtney Funeral Home, 25 Townsend Street, Walton where services will be held on Monday, April 2, at 11 AM with the Rev. Larry Light officiating.
