It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Rebecca J. Davault-Schmitt, who left us far too soon on June 24, 2025. Born on April 24, 1973, in New York City, Rebecca touched the lives of everyone around her with her warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family.

As a devoted homemaker, Rebecca was the heart of her household. She took great joy in caring for her loved ones and cherished every moment spent with them. Her laughter and nurturing spirit will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

Rebecca is survived by her beloved spouse, Ronnie Schmitt, of Walton, NY her beloved sister Winifred Davault of Walton, NY.

In honoring Rebecca's memory, a celebration of life will take place, and we invite friends and family to join us for a celebration of her life at Winifred's front porch on Liberty Street Walton, NY 13856. We look forward to coming together to share stories, cherished memories, and the love that Rebecca brought into our lives.
