Renee D. Ripa, 50, of Walton passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at Delaware Valley Hospital, following a short illness.

Renee was born on January 7, 1964 in Liberty, the daughter of Frank A. and Doris D. (Smith) Schrader. On April 20, 1985 she married Michael Ripa in Livingston Manor. Renee and Mike owned and operated Island Business Services in Walton.

Renee loved to travel with Mike to exotic places like the Keys and listening to Jimmy Buffet no matter where she was. She will be remembered as a quiet lady with a ready smile, organized and efficient in everything she did.

She is survived by her loving family, her husband and best friend, Mike, her mother Doris Roberts, Livingston Manor; brother Frank and Sandra Schrader, Livingston Manor; mother-in-law, Massett Ripa, Walton; nephew, Neil and Deserie Schrader,special friends, Bill and Doreen Oles Walton, and her "boys" Norm & Cliff.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are with Courtney Funeral Home, Walton.
