Richard " Dick" DuMond, Jr, 61, passed away on January 28, 2025, in Walton NY at his home

Richard "Dick" DuMond, Jr was born on February 6, 1963, in Walton, NY, at Smith Hospital to Richard DuMond Sr. and JoAnn Cleaver DuMond. He was employed by Lignetics of New England (formerly Norboard) in Deposit, NY since 1989.

Dick also served in the United States Air Force. Dick was an active member of his community serving on the WCS Board, Chamber of Commerce and Walton Grange.

Dick is survived by his daughter Lindsay (Branden Hurd) DuMond, his father Richard "Dick" DuMond ,Sr. his sister Dawn (David) Davis, his brother Jeffrey DuMond , nephews Scott (Natalie) Davis, Tyler (Brittany) Davis, nieces and nephews his girlfriend Clara Trask, Dick was preceded in death by his mother JoAnn DuMond. A memorial gathering will take place from 2-4 Pm on Saturday February 8, 2025, at Courtney Funeral Home 25 Townsend Street Walton NY

Spring burial will take place in Carroll Cemetery, Trout Creek NY
