Our dear friend Robert (Bob) was a resident of Gregory Town, NY, later in life (1988) he got settled at Boyer Road in Walton. His mother, Lucille Soules and Father, Arland Baxter have passed along with his one sister and two brothers, Carol Winters, Lonnie Baxter, and "Tink" Gordon Baxter.

Bob enjoyed going to his program at the Arc of Delaware, he also volunteered at the Walton theater punching tickets. He was known for his collection of neckties, watches, sunglasses and hats. He was a very social person that enjoyed talking about old tv shows, actors and musicians with the staff at Boyer Road. He also enjoyed looking his best. Bob will very missed by all that knew him.
